This week was different. My new companion is the complete opposite of my trainer. I didn´t get shot this week either, so thats good.
This week we had a baptism! It was beautiful. What wasn´t quite so beautiful was my companion as we were starting said, "So, what are we going to talk about while they´re changing?" That was exciting. We talked on perservering to the end. It went great!!! And I even talked. Then we sang when I am baptized and everyone cried. It was lovely. It couldn´t have gone great with out the spirit. It was wonderful.
We have had amazing lessons this week, and a bunch of new investigators. we are so blessed. One of the investigators contacted us because he saw Jesus Christ on our name tags. He is great and has such a desire to follow Jesus. Its wonderful.
I am so grateful to be able to serve a mission and to serve others. There are so many people who are looking for something to fill the hole they have, and they don´t know that its the gospel. Its so amazing to see how people change when they find it. I know this is the true church and I testify of its power and the power of the Holy Ghost. It is the only way things happen. If you dont have the spirit, you´re just talking.
